By playing Emberdeck at emberdeck.app ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
The game
Emberdeck is free to play in your browser. It is offered "as is". It may change, be paused, or be discontinued at any time, and we may reset or rebalance content.
Accounts and cloud saves
Signing in with Google is optional and used only to store your saves. You are responsible for your Google account. We work to keep cloud saves safe, but we don't guarantee they will never be lost. Local copies in your browser remain your responsibility. We may remove accounts that abuse the service, for example by automated access, attempts to overload or break the service, or uploading data that is not game saves.
Acceptable use
- Don't attack, scrape at high volume, or try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its API.
- Don't use the cloud save service to store anything other than Emberdeck save data.
- Don't redistribute the game's code, art or audio, or present the game as your own.
Intellectual property
Emberdeck's code, art, audio, cards and text are original works and remain the property of their owner. You may stream and record gameplay, and share screenshots and videos, including monetized content.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The game is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
